The distortion-free case measures 39.5mm, and it boasts a beautiful box-shaped sapphire crystal that nods back to classic Grand Seiko design stretching to 1960. The retro-modern dial features multi-faceted hands and long hour indexes, and a heat-blued GMT hand works with a printed 24-hour scale. The dial is also inscribed with a 1/5 second scale that is unique to a 10 beat model. Powering the watch is the Hi-Beat Caliber 9S86, which delivers an accuracy of +5 to -3 seconds a day and offers 55 hours of power reserve.
