During your appointment, the appraiser will photograph and evaluate your pieces while you are in the store, so you do not need to leave your jewelry with us. The written appraisal is completed afterward, and turnaround time varies based on the number of items included. We can provide an estimated completion timeframe when scheduling.

Do I need to bring anything to the appraisal appointment?

If you have prior appraisals, receipts, or certificates, those can be helpful but are not required.

Can I walk in for an appraisal?

An appointment is recommended due to limited availability. If you prefer, you are welcome to bring your pieces in ahead of time and leave them with us. We will photograph each item, insure it while in our possession, provide a detailed receipt, and store it securely in our vault until the appraiser evaluates it.
