18kt. yellow gold ruby and diamond “Cathedral” ring by celebrity jewelry designer, Erica Courtney. The center pear shaped 3.21ct. ruby is from Mozambique and comes with a grading report from GRS. It is framed by two oval cut diamonds that total 1.02ctw. Both come with GIA grading reports (D color, VS2 and SI1 clarities). There are additional accent diamonds on the halos, under-gallery and shank that total .75ctw. This ring is truly one-of-a-kind!
