Underwood Jewelers offers jewelry design, jewelry repair and watch repair. Our repair personnel are trained in all the latest techniques using state of the art equipment in three full service shops.

Our jewelry repair shops use laser welding technology that speeds the process and creates a far better result than soldering. We provide sizing, prong replacement or tipping, stone setting, chain repair, pearl restringing and repairs to most any 14 or 18 karat gold or platinum jewelry.

Our watch service department specializes in Swiss Chronometer mechanical timepieces and is equipped with the necessary tools to assure that your fine timepiece is returned in like new condition, including a 2 year warranty on parts and labor.
